Southern Ocean oligochaete occurrence data - a literature-based compilation

This data set gives all occurrences of marine oligochaetes in the Southern Ocean mentioned in the literature, from 1888 (first mention) until 2009. 25 species were mentioned, representative of three families, namely the Capilloventridae (1 genus, 1 species), the Enchytraeidae (3 genera, 16 species) and the Tubificidae. The latter family includes 3 subfamilies, the Rhyacodrilinae (1 genus, 1 species + 1 undetermined), the Phallodrilinae (3 genera, 5 species) and the Limnodriloidinae (1 genus, 1 species).

Data Records

The data in this 出現紀錄 resource has been published as a Darwin Core Archive (DwC-A), which is a standardized format for sharing biodiversity data as a set of one or more data tables. The core data table contains 30 records.
